超順磁性四氧化三鐵顆粒（USPIO/SPIO）造影劑，其作用機(jī)理是降低T1、T2弛豫時(shí)間，主要是用于磁共振成像的各種醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用，特別是對(duì)體內(nèi)網(wǎng)狀內(nèi)皮系統(tǒng)有特異性，能用于肝臟，淋巴，骨髓等器官的增強(qiáng)顯影。
