PEG制備方法7-醫(yī)用可生物降解PLGA-PEG-MAL的合成
這類(lèi)共聚物的應(yīng)用報(bào)道近年來(lái)越來(lái)越多。由于聚醚的存在, 使共聚物具有親水性和柔軟性,在藥物控制釋放中可作為表面活性劑, 微球表面修飾劑, 也可用于制備載藥微球, 載藥毫微球等。
目前研究得較多的為聚乙二醇2聚酯及聚乙二醇2聚氨基酸共聚物。聚乙二醇2聚酯共聚物一般用聚乙二醇與環(huán)狀內(nèi)酯開(kāi)環(huán)共聚制備以聚乙二醇2聚乳酸共聚物的制備示例如下[ 39 ] (式22) :
